• 5+ years in a service, sales, or equivalent management role; focused on leadership rather than industry specifics.
• Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
• Customer-first mindset with a history of high service standards.
• Proficiency with work order management and reporting systems.
• Experience in strategic planning and financial management.
• Strong problem-solving and creative-thinking abilities.
• Meticulous attention to financial and safety matters.

Responsibilities

• Follow systems and coach technicians to those systems.
• Direct oversight of electricians' performance and sales activities.
• Lead and train team members using our established system.
• Monitor field technicians' performance and provide guidance for improvement.
• Understand sales criteria and ensure your team exceeds revenue goals.
• Host weekly team meetings to discuss service pipeline, challenges, and safety.
• Coach electricians on building customer rapport to sell services.
• Collaborate with customer service and dispatch to drive success.
• Manage team schedules to meet demand and seasonal spikes.
• Manage service work within budget constraints.
• Develop and produce reports on department performance, quality, and efficiency.
• Recruitment and onboarding of new electricians.
• Coordinate truck stock management and vehicle policy compliance.
