DH Pace Company, Inc. in Seattle, WA seeks a Service Supervisor to coordinate field employees and deliver customer-focused service. You will lead technicians, set performance standards, and drive staff development in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include managing work orders, inventory, and ensuring safety and quality while upholding company policies. A valid driver’s license and 1–3 years of leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to implement process improvements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
• Ability to communicate with customers and represent the company professionally.
• 1–3 years of management or leadership experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the performance of technicians by establishing and enforcing customer service standards and expectations.
• Provide leadership for staff development and future advancement through coaching, training, and development.
• Ensure workforce is managed to minimize negative labor Variants.
• Determine staffing levels and ensure compliance with hiring, counseling/discipline, and termination policies.
• Ensure accurate work orders and warehouse picking lists; manage WIP inventory and returns to minimize inventory investment.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by management.
