Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage technicians' performance by setting and enforcing service standards.
• Lead and develop staff for future advancement through coaching and training.
• Ensure efficient workforce management to minimize labor variances.
• Determine staffing levels and enforce hiring, counseling/discipline policies.
• Ensure accurate work orders and inventory coordination with warehouse.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
