Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC (US) seeks a Crew Chief to help lead the service team under the General Manager, driving guest satisfaction and sales growth in Bonney Lake. You will guide the crew, ensure smooth daily operations, and coach staff toward excellent customer experiences.

You will participate in training, manage inventory and scheduling, and help grow revenue through strong leadership and a guest-first approach in a fast-paced auto care environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew under the General Manager to drive revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop technicians and CSAs through internal training programs.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store operations to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasting, and expense controls.
