Alpine Specialty Services is seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to lead our carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning field teams across the Puget Sound region. This is a hands-on, in-the-field leadership role, not desk work, with ride-alongs and coaching.

You’ll report to the owner, hire and develop technicians, and drive safety, quality, and performance. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule, a company vehicle, and on-site career coaching and certifications paid by the company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervising a field-based team.
• Experience hiring and coaching employees.
• Ability to drive measurable production, revenue, quality, or operational goals.
• Leadership style suited to field work and direct coaching.
• Ability to interpret performance data for coaching.
• Comfort with difficult conversations and accountability.
• Ability to coach on ethical sales and add-on services.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across personnel and equipment.
• Comfort with technology and AI-enabled tools.
• Valid Washington driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to work in residential job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily 7:00 AM field team huddles and set expectations for the day.
• Spend significant time in the field conducting technician ride-alongs and job-site quality checks.
• Coach technicians on service quality, productivity, customer experience, and sales performance.
• Hire, train, develop, and manage field employees.
• Conduct direct performance and accountability conversations when expectations are not met.
• Recognize strong performance while addressing problems quickly and consistently.
• Use technician scorecards and reporting to identify trends and gaps.
• Review production, revenue, add-on sales, and vehicle safety information.
• Turn performance data into timely, practical coaching in the field.
• Coach production-paid technicians on identifying and recommending additional services.
• Maintain quality standards with high-producing technicians.
• Respond to customer concerns in person and resolve appropriately.
• Help keep technicians, vehicles, and equipment running smoothly.
• Follow up on driver and vehicle safety alerts.
• Partner with ownership on field performance and goals.
