Qualifications

• Forklift certification may be required at site.
• Experience in a retail or production environment preferred.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Directs tasks including associate break schedules and end‑of‑day recovery.
• Ensure adequate coverage at POS and in donations.
• Monitor and support production quality to meet goals.
• Serve as service experience leader (SEL).
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment and enforce safety practices.
• Communicate policies and report concerns to leadership.
• Resolve employee and first‑level customer concerns promptly.
• Address safety and security concerns as needed.
• Plan and manage own work to complete routine responsibilities.
• Provide learning and practice to adapt to change.
• Close supervision for routine work; deviations require guidance.
• Understand and apply basic customer service fundamentals.
• Act as a goodwill ambassador in the community.
