Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking a Store Leader to direct daily store operations at Round Lake Beach. You will oversee task distribution, ensure POS and donation coverage, and drive safety and service standards.

The role emphasizes change management, team guidance, and adherence to company policies. The position requires forklift certification if applicable and prior retail or production experience.

Formación

• Forklift certification, if required at site.
• Work experience in a retail or production environment is preferred.
• Work varied schedule and flexible hours. Nights and weekend shifts may be required to meet business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Directs tasks including associate break schedules, production processes, and end-of-day recovery.
• Oversee adequate coverage at POS and in donations.
• Monitor and assist with production quality standards while encouraging team to meet goals.
• Serve as a service experience leader (SEL).
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment; ensure employees operate equipment safely and follow safe practices.
• Communicate and implement policies; report concerns to leadership.
• Resolve employee and first-level customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Assist in addressing safety/security concerns promptly.
• Plan and manage own work to complete routine responsibilities; adapt to change.
• Provide basic customer service and support as needed.
