A strong track record of productivity, organizational skills, and effective communication is required. This role supports budgets and security of customer information while maintaining daily service and cash room

Responsibilities

• Influence and coach an interactive team to drive education and adoption of new behaviors and processes.
• Develop relationships with merchandising and store teams to lead change and customer initiatives.
• Assist the Service Experience Manager with budgets to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement.
• Protect security and privacy of customer information including education and compliance.
• Perform Service Experience, Cash Room and Communication procedures as applicable.
