Nordstrom seeks an Assistant Service Experience Manager who is goal-oriented, fashion-focused and skilled at influencing and collaborating to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will support coaching teams, drive adoption of new processes and coordinate with store partners to implement customer-driven programs.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization and multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment, with attention to budgets and security of customer data.
