Nordstrom Inc. is seeking an Assistant Service Experience Manager to drive a premier customer experience and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced fashion environment.

You will support the Service Experience Manager by coaching specialists, promoting new behaviors, and collaborating with store teams to implement customer-driven initiatives. Candidates should be growth-minded with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Track record of achieving goals and delivering results.
• Strong organizational, delegation and follow-through abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Windows, iOS and Android operating systems.

Responsabilités

• Own and promote process adoption with technology and innovation to enhance the customer experience.
• Coach an interactive team to educate and drive adoption of new behaviors and processes.
• Build relationships with merchandising and store teams to lead customer-driven initiatives.
• Assist with budget and financial aspects to drive efficiency and improvement.
• Contribute to protecting customer information and ensuring compliance and issue disposition.
• Perform Service Experience, Cash Room and Communication procedures as applicable.
