Qualifications

• Exceptional telephone and personal customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls including service dispatching, tracking and scheduling of calls.
• Create and dispatch work orders in iCare as required for scheduling maintenance and service.
• Attend weekly planning sessions and reconcile weekly service paperwork.
• Enter and process service contracts, purchase orders and invoicing follow-ups.
• Maintain customer service binders and assist with customer satisfaction surveys.
