• Ensure COD payments are collected before job completion.
• Maintain accurate technician schedules and match tickets to materials, billing, and tickets.
• Generate and review department reports to ensure customer satisfaction and commitments.
• Assist with billing paperwork and document requirements.
• Create and maintain service tickets to ensure service dates are met.
• Coordinate with estimating team to provide service quotes when needed.
• Assist field technicians with troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Provide accurate work orders and warehouse picking lists for inventory.
