Tech24 in Kentucky is seeking a Service Coordinator (Dispatcher) to ensure efficient daily operations by scheduling and dispatching service technicians, prioritizing reactive service calls, and coordinating return visits.

This fully on-site role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will act as a key contact between technicians, customers, and internal teams, providing updates and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, dispatching, project management, or a related field
• Proficient computer and data entry skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of service areas and route optimization skills
• Advanced customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Dispatch service technicians to assigned service calls
• Schedule and coordinate daily service appointments
• Maintain dispatch schedules in Global Edge and Excel dispatch board
• Debrief technicians following service calls and update service details
• Forecast workload 2-3 days in advance to support resource planning
• Follow up on open service calls and customer return visits
• Confirm upcoming appointments with customers and provide status updates
• Maintain accurate customer records and service database entries
• Monitor and respond to incoming calls, emails, and after-hours messages
• Coordinate with technicians and warehouse teams on parts availability and job readiness
• Manage service quote logs and customer portals
• Ensure calls are properly routed to on-call technicians
• Support additional administrative and operational duties as needed
