Cash Depot, Ltd. is seeking a disciplined Dispatch/Field Service Coordinator to partner with and dispatch field service technicians to resolve customer service issues quickly.

You will create service work orders and dispatch technicians to service equipment on-site, following the company dispatch priority policy with strong communication as a cornerstone of success. The role requires staying engaged with ticket requests, coordinating routes, and driving efficiency across the service

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work non-standard shifts including nights and weekends.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Attend training classes as required.
• Dispatch field service technicians and assign calls per policy.
• Monitor routes and seek route optimizations.
• Promptly handle tickets and emails related to service issues.
• Identify and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Maintain good communication with technicians.
• Provide coverage for other zones when needed.
• Manage territory to meet service goals.
