U.S. Engineering Service in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Service Coordinator to efficiently coordinate service calls and technician schedules while delivering exceptional customer experience.

You will act as the communication hub for customers, technicians, and management, ensuring dispatch, scheduling, and documentation are accurate and timely. Qualifications include a High School Diploma, 1 year in customer service or admin, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; HVAC knowledge is a plus.

Formación

• 1 year minimum in customer service or administrative roles (dispatch, operations, or accounting support).
• Experience as a Service Coordinator or Dispatcher is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and terminology is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate dispatch, work assignments, and work orders to ensure timely service delivery.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers, technicians, and management.
• Manage scheduling of preventive maintenance and service calls using the Dispatch Board.
• Ensure accurate client and job setup in operational software; open/close work orders as needed.
• Communicate daily with Operations Management and Technicians to monitor statuses.
