Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in customer service or administrative roles (dispatch, operations, or accounting support).
• Experience as a Service Coordinator or Dispatcher is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch, work assignments, and work orders to ensure timely service delivery.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers, technicians, and management.
• Manage scheduling of preventive maintenance and service calls using the Dispatch Board.
• Ensure accurate client and job setup in operational software; open/close work orders as needed.
• Communicate daily with Operations Management and Technicians to monitor statuses.
