Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in operations dispatch or similar role with heavy phone interaction.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic scheduling software.
• Fast and accurate data entry with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high‑pressure environment and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills and customer service mindset.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Receive service calls from customers and internal teams.
• Enter call details into scheduling software and assign technicians.
• Schedule service and emergency calls and dispatch technicians.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technician schedules.
• Coordinate with other coordinators to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Address customer issues related to technicians and accounts.
• Assist with material and equipment ordering as needed.
• Review weekly reports on technician performance and accounts.
• Communicate scheduling decisions daily and weekly to ensure service levels.
