P1 Service, LLC in Lenexa, Kansas is seeking a Dispatch Service Coordinator to be the vital link between customers, technicians, and service operations. You will coordinate calls, schedule service, and optimize technician routes to ensure timely delivery of services.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and maintains accurate records, while supporting other coordinators and managers to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in operations dispatch or similar role with heavy phone interaction.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic scheduling software.
• Fast and accurate data entry with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high‑pressure environment and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills and customer service mindset.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Receive service calls from customers and internal teams.
• Enter call details into scheduling software and assign technicians.
• Schedule service and emergency calls and dispatch technicians.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technician schedules.
• Coordinate with other coordinators to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Address customer issues related to technicians and accounts.
• Assist with material and equipment ordering as needed.
• Review weekly reports on technician performance and accounts.
• Communicate scheduling decisions daily and weekly to ensure service levels.
