Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Service Coordinator to interact with customers, schedule preventative maintenance inspections and emergency calls, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining a positive company image.

You will handle customer calls, dispatch technicians, maintain schedules, process work orders and invoices, and keep accurate records across databases to support flawless service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in customer service.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
• Sound decision-making and practical judgement.
• Ability to encourage and motivate people with a positive attitude.
• Interest in helping and working with customers.
• Computer literate: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Schedule preventative maintenance inspections and emergency calls.
• Update all schedules on dispatch board to ensure on-time service with zero backlog.
• Answer customer calls and dispatch technicians as needed.
• Follow through to ensure resolution of all situations.
• Prepare and process work orders and invoices when applicable.
• Maintain accurate customer information across databases.
• Assist with pricing of labor and materials per contract.
• Coordinate customers’ service requirements with other departments to ensure effective customer service.
