Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions in Katy, TX is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage scheduling of preventative maintenance inspections and emergency calls. You will field customer calls, dispatch technicians, and ensure on-time service while maintaining clear communication and accurate records.

You will generate and monitor correspondence, assist with pricing of labor and materials, and prepare work orders and invoices.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Schedule preventative maintenance inspections and emergency calls.
• Answer customer calls and dispatch technicians as needed.
• Generate and monitor internal and external correspondence and maintain schedules.
• Prepare work orders and invoices; track and quote deficiencies.
• Maintain accurate customer information in databases and ensure timely billing.
