Responsibilities

• Schedule preventive maintenance inspections and emergency calls.
• Answer customer calls and dispatch technicians as needed.
• Prepare and process work orders and invoices; obtain purchase orders as required.
• Coordinate customers’ service requirements with other departments to ensure excellent service.
• Maintain schedules and databases for contracts, inspections, and sites.
• Provide accurate information to Accounting for one-day billing processing.
