Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Service Coordinator to liaise with customers, schedule preventive maintenance inspections, and respond to emergencies. You will field calls, analyze issues, dispatch technicians, and ensure timely resolution and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities include maintaining service schedules, processing work orders and invoices, and coordinating with other departments to deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to five years of experience in customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Schedule preventative maintenance inspections and emergency calls.
• Utilize dispatch board to update and maintain all schedules for on time service while maintaining zero backlogs.
• Answer calls from customers.
• Dispatch appropriate technician(s) based on skill set required for each site or project.
• Prepare and process work orders and invoices; acquire purchase orders where customer requires.
• Coordinate customers’ service requirements with other appropriate departments, as necessary, to ensure effective customer service.
• Provide accurate information to Accounting to ensure one-day billing processing.
