Job summary

Atlanta Fork Lifts, Inc., doing business as Toyota Material Handling Systems (TMHS), is seeking a Service Coordinator who will be the first point of contact for customers seeking repair and will dispatch service technicians.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years relevant experience in an office/field coordination role.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Field customer calls/emails and dispatch all service technicians.
• Post time daily and input into payroll system.
• Open and close all work orders for service technicians.
• Issue PO numbers for field service technicians and track open POs and receipts.
• Process credit card payments when necessary and file closed work orders.
• Set up PM contracts in NDS and input amendments for PMs.
• Run monthly reports and PM lists on the 1st and 15th of each month.
