Job summary

ProLift Toyota Material Handling is seeking a Customer Team Coordinator to work directly with technicians and customers, coordinating scheduling and billing. The role involves coordinating parts procurement and order processing with the parts department to ensure technicians have items needed for field repairs.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of customer service or administrative experience, with strong verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming service calls and dispatch technicians accordingly.
• Track open repair orders and ensure timely follow-up and/or invoice.
• Operate in a professional and courteous manner to exceed customer expectations.
• Initiate and control repair orders and the proper status for labor and materials to the customers.
• Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's values and mission of being an indispensable partner to customers, vendors, and associates.
