Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years relevant experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with basic computer tools and office software.

Responsibilities

• Field calls/emails and dispatch service technicians.
• Post time daily and input into payroll.
• Open/close all service work orders.
• Issue PO numbers and track open POs; receipt-in invoices.
