Responsibilities

• Field customer calls/emails and dispatch all service technicians.
• Post time daily and input into payroll system.
• Open and close all work orders for service technicians.
• Issue PO numbers for field service technicians and all non-shop needs; track open POs and receipts.
• Process credit card payments when necessary.
• Set up PM contracts in NDS and input amendments.
• Run monthly reports and monitor open work orders.
