Atlanta Fork Lifts, Inc. is seeking a Service Coordinator who will be the first point of contact for customers seeking repair.
This role requires good people skills and the ability to multitask, and it dispatches service jobs, reschedules when necessary and finalizes the clerical part of the job. Duties include fielding calls/emails, dispatching technicians, posting time into payroll, opening/closing work orders, issuing PO numbers, processing payments, and maintaining the dispatch log; also

He/she is responsible for dispatching service jobs, rescheduling when necessary and finalizing the clerical part of the job.

High School Diploma or GED
This position is in an office setting where the noise level is generally quiet to sometimes moderate if working near the shop area. Employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; and reach with hands and arms. Employee must have normal manual dexterity and be able to effectively manipulate keyboard and phone. Specific vision abilities required by this job includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
