Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Service Coordinator to join our culture-driven team in Cincinnati. You will handle service dispatching, site entries, and customer communications to ensure timely responses and high satisfaction.

You will use iCare and Spectrum to manage work orders, track progress, and process invoices, while coordinating with technicians and subcontractors. Ideal candidates have strong call-center or admin experience and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Basic financial knowledge (AR/AP, POs, WO) and budgeting awareness.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-project management.
• Flexible to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls including service dispatching, scheduling, and inquiries.
• Create and dispatch work orders in iCare for planned maintenance.
• Attend weekly planning sessions and reconcile service paperwork.
• Process subcontractor pricing and approve invoicing.
• Enter and manage data in Spectrum; update customer binders for service.
• Provide service quotes and follow up on PM visits.
