Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Service Coordinator who will handle service dispatching, scheduling, and customer inquiries. You will work within a dynamic team that supports growth and a positive culture, with opportunities to develop professionally as Convergint grows.

You’ll be responsible for processing work orders, coordinating with technicians and subcontractors, and maintaining accurate records to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years call center, dispatch, or administrative experience.
• Experience in a construction industry environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls including service dispatching, tracking and scheduling.
• Create and dispatch work orders in iCare for scheduling of planned maintenance and service.
• Attend weekly planning sessions and perform weekly time sheet data entry.
• Monitor subcontractor pricing and process invoicing.
• Maintain customer service binders and provide feedback to management.
