Job summary

Convergint seeks a full-time Service Coordinator to join our culture-driven team, handling service dispatching, scheduling, and customer inquiries to ensure timely responses and accurate documentation.

You will work with Technicians and Supervisors, manage work orders in iCare and Spectrum, and contribute to exceptional service delivery while upholding safety policies and company values.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a call center, dispatch, or administrative role preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel and Word required.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls including service dispatching, tracking and scheduling of calls.
• Create and dispatch work orders in iCare for planned maintenance and service.
• Monitor subcontractor pricing and assist with invoicing processes.
• Maintain customer service binders and update Spectrum entries as needed.
• Assist with check-in/check-out of Technicians following safety policies.
• Provide administrative overflow support and ensure timely communication with customers.
