Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Service Coordinator to support daily service operations by coordinating technician schedules, managing requests, and ensuring timely delivery of work. You will act as a communication hub between customers, field techs, and internal teams to keep work well-documented and completed efficiently.

In a fast-paced environment, you’ll dispatch based on skill, monitor progress, and contribute to service delivery performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 2–4 years in service coordination, dispatching, scheduling, or admin support.
• Experience with high-volume field operations and multiple technicians is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service calls, work orders, maintenance, and emergency requests.
• Dispatch technicians based on skillset, availability, location, and priority.
• Serve as primary contact for customers on requests, scheduling, and status updates.
• Maintain real-time scheduling tools, logs, and calendars.
• Track work orders from dispatch to completion, ensuring timely execution.
• Communicate ETAs, delays, and status updates to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate parts and materials with warehouse and purchasing.
• Monitor progress and escalate conflicts or issues as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation for billing and job costing; assist in processing completed orders.
• Support service agreement scheduling, renewals, and recurring maintenance.
• Monitor KPIs like response time and customer satisfaction; participate in process improvements.
