Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Service Coordinator to support daily service operations by scheduling technicians, processing requests, and documenting work orders to ensure timely, accurate service delivery.

This role serves as the main communication hub between customers, field teams, and internal staff, tracking progress, communicating ETAs, and helping improve response times, scheduling accuracy, and billing readiness.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in service coordination or dispatching.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service calls, work orders, preventive maintenance, and emergency service requests.
• Dispatch technicians based on skillset, availability, location, and job priority.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service requests, scheduling, and status updates.
• Maintain and update scheduling tools, logs, and calendars.
• Track service work orders from dispatch through completion with timely execution.
