Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Service Coordinator to support daily service operations by coordinating technician schedules, managing service requests, and ensuring timely delivery of work. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience coordinating field service operations is a plus.
• Proficiency with service management software and MS Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service calls, work orders, and preventive maintenance.
• Dispatch technicians based on skillset, availability, location, and priority.
• Serve as primary contact for customers regarding requests, scheduling, and updates.
• Maintain real-time scheduling tools, logs, and calendars.
• Track work orders from dispatch through completion for timely execution and billing readiness.
• Communicate ETAs and status updates to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate parts and equipment with warehouse and purchasing teams.
• Monitor progress and elevate conflicts or delays as needed.
• Ensure proper documentation for billing and job costing.
