Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Service Coordinator to support daily service operations by coordinating technician schedules, managing service requests, and ensuring timely delivery of work.

In a fast-paced, field-driven environment, you will serve as the primary contact for customers and field teams, maintain real-time scheduling tools, and ensure documentation and billing readiness from dispatch to closeout.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Experience in service coordination or dispatch in field operations is important.
• Strong communication and documentation skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service calls, work orders, and maintenance tasks.
• Dispatch technicians based on skill, availability, location, and priority.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding service requests and status.
• Maintain scheduling tools, logs, and calendars in real time.
• Track work orders from dispatch to completion and ensure timely execution.
• Communicate ETAs and updates to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate parts and equipment with warehouse and purchasing.
• Support billing documentation and work order lifecycle processes.
