Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Service Coordinator to support daily service operations by coordinating technician schedules, handling service requests, and ensuring timely delivery of work. This role serves as a key communication hub between customers, field technicians, and internal teams to keep services properly scheduled and documented.

In a fast-paced, field-driven environment, you will dispatch accordingly, monitor job progress, and contribute to service delivery performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in service coordination, dispatching, scheduling, or admin support in field ops.
• Familiarity with service management software and scheduling tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service calls, work orders, preventive maintenance, and emergency requests.
• Dispatch technicians based on skillset, availability, location, and priority.
• Serve as primary contact for customers regarding service requests, scheduling, and status updates.
• Maintain real-time scheduling tools, dispatch logs, and calendars.
• Track service work orders from dispatch to completion, ensuring timely execution and closure.
• Communicate ETAs, delays, and status updates to customers and teams.
• Coordinate parts/equipment needs with warehouse and purchasing.
• Monitor progress and escalate conflicts or issues as needed.
• Document work orders, labor, and job details for billing and costing.
• Assist in processing completed work orders and billing documents.
