Job summary

U.S. Engineering Service is seeking a Service Coordinator to efficiently coordinate service calls and technician schedules while delivering outstanding customer experience for internal and external stakeholders.

The role acts as the communication hub for customers, technicians, and management to schedule, dispatch, and complete service requests accurately and on time. The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with 1+ year in a service coordination or dispatch setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer service or administrative role (dispatch, operations, or accounting support).
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and terminology a plus.
• Previous experience as a Service Coordinator or Dispatcher preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch, work orders, and scheduling for service delivery.
• Audit jobs and site visits for accuracy across records.
• Maintain after-hours on-call schedule and technician availability.
