Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in service coordination, dispatching, scheduling, or admin support.
• Experience supporting field operations with multiple technicians and WOs.
• Familiar with service management software like ServiceTrade or FieldEdge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service calls, work orders, and preventive maintenance.
• Dispatch technicians based on skill, availability, location, and priority.
• Be primary contact for customers on service requests and status updates.
• Maintain real-time scheduling tools, logs, and calendars.
• Track work orders from dispatch to closure and bill readiness.
• Communicate ETAs and delays to customers and teams proactively.
