Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls from customers and schedule service visits.
• Consider time sensitivity of requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Generate schedule for service technician.
• Troubleshoot items via telephone and share resources with customers.
• Provide administrative support to service department.
• Act as back up to Administrative Coordinator and Operations team with regards to phone coverage and service call tickets.
• Conduct safety audits and maintain safety training documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
