Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls to describe service requirements and schedule visits.
• Consider time sensitivity of requests to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Troubleshoot items via telephone and share resources.
• Provide administrative support to the service department.
• Back up to Administrative Coordinator and Operations team for phone coverage and service tickets.
• Conduct safety audits and maintain safety training documentation.
