Job summary

Mobile Modular Management Corporation - A Division of McGrath in Livermore, CA seeks a Service Coordinator to answer incoming calls, prepare work order notices, and schedule dispatch of our in-house service technician. You will coordinate requests and communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure service success.

You will troubleshoot by phone, provide administrative support to the service department, back up the Administrative Coordinator and Operations team, and help maintain safety

Qualifications

• Experienced administrator required.
• Excellent organization and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to multi-task, managing multiple projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls from customers and describe service requirements; schedule visits from service technician.
• Consider time sensitivity of requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Generate schedule for service technician.
• Troubleshoot some items via telephone and share resources with customers.
• Provide administrative support to service department.
• Act as back up to Administrative Coordinator and Operations team for phone coverage and service tickets.
• Conduct safety audits and maintain safety training documentation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
