Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years related experience in alarm monitoring or scheduling preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service calls and assign duties to technicians.
• Communicate with customers and techs on status of service calls.
• Track and maintain status of calls and tickets.
• Track and report all service work done.
• Refer products and services when appropriate.
