The role focuses on scheduling, dispatching, and coordinating work orders, tracking parts, and maintaining accurate service records to ensure timely, high‑quality service delivery.

A 3+ year background in service coordination and strong communication skills are required; associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in service coordination or dispatching
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with ERP or service management software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians for installation, maintenance, and repairs
• Serve as primary contact for customer service requests
• Open, update, and close work orders in the system
• Track parts orders and ensure part availability
• Communicate with technicians to manage job status
• Coordinate warranty claims, service reports, and follow-ups
• Maintain service records and generate reports
• Provide admin support to the service manager
• Ensure safety, quality, and policy compliance
