Job summary

Blake & Pendleton (B&P) is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our Atlanta Service Center team and support technicians, customers, and service operations. The role focuses on scheduling, dispatching, and effective communication to ensure timely, high-quality service.

As the central point of contact, you will open and close work orders, monitor parts availability, and assist the service manager to maintain records and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in service coordination or related administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience with ERP or service management software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians for installation, preventive maintenance, and repair calls.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service requests.
• Open, update, and close work orders in the system accurately.
• Track parts orders and ensure availability for scheduled jobs.
• Communicate with technicians throughout the day to manage job status and timelines.
• Coordinate warranty claims, service reports, and follow-ups.
• Assist in maintaining service records and reports.
• Provide administrative support to the service manager and team.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
