Job summary

Southland Industries in Garden Grove, CA, is seeking an administrative support specialist for the Service Team. You will respond to customer calls and inquiries, assign and dispatch service technicians, and process work orders and billings, researching discrepancies as needed.

This role also tracks calls in service software, supports billing and contracts administration, maintains logs, and assists in quality control and reporting to help improve response times and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Dispatch experience preferred in HVAC industry.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic Excel and Word skills.
