Job summary

Southland Industries in Garden Grove, CA is seeking an administrative support specialist for the Service Team. You will respond to customer calls, assign and dispatch service technicians, process work orders and billings, and research discrepancies.

You will assist with warranty and service calls, schedule appropriate service, track calls in Service Titan, and help with reporting and quality control. As a 100% employee-owned company, we offer a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Previous dispatch experience preferred in HVAC industry.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Basic Excel and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls and inquiries and provide general administrative support.
• Assign and dispatch service technicians and process work orders and billings.
• Research discrepancies and support quality control initiatives.
• Maintain service logs and track calls in service software (Service Titan).
• Assist with warranty calls, scheduling, and reporting for the service team.
