The role involves answering calls, handling inquiries by internet/phone/chat, providing product information, and presenting financing options while collaborating with sales teams and management.

• One or more years in a customer service role.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teammates and management.
• Prompt and courteous demeanor; positive, hardworking personality.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with appointments.
• Take customer payments and invoice Service and Parts customers.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to dealership resources.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads not ready to commit or no-show.
• Participate in team and process development sessions, maintaining positive relationships.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
• Scan finalized invoices into the electronic filing system.
