Qualifications

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer relations processes at the store(s) to ensure a customer-first approach.
• Gather accurate customer data to create a follow-up retention database.
• Maintain knowledge of product information, pricing, and promotions.
• Use internet department tools to increase appointments, sales and retention.
• Follow up by phone to address experiences and resolve issues.
