You will manage daily BDC operations, coach a high-performing team, and ensure outstanding customer experiences across phone, text, and email channels.

Qualifications
- Previous automotive BDC or service-management experience.
- Strong leadership: coaching and motivating teams.
- Knowledge of service operations, scheduling, and retention strategies.
- Excellent communication across channels (phone, text, email, in person).
- Experience with CRM, dealership software, and performance tracking tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily Service BDC operations to ensure strong performance.
- Train, coach, and develop BDC team members toward goals.
- Oversee inbound/outbound customer communication and appointment scheduling.
- Monitor productivity, call quality, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with service leadership to align processes and drive success.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented environment focused on customer satisfaction.
