Job summary

Sky Auto Group in Provo is seeking a customer-service oriented Business Development Center associate to schedule customer appointments, route calls, process payments and assist on the service drive.

The role involves answering calls, handling inquiries by internet/phone/chat, providing product information, and presenting financing options while collaborating with sales teams and management.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments.
• Take customer payments and invoice Service and Parts customers.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
• Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
• Scan finalized invoices into our electronic filing system.
