Job summary

The Boucher Automotive Group is hiring a Service BDC Representative to receive and schedule service appointments, maintain the scheduling calendar, and coordinate with Service Advisors and the Parts/Rental Department.

You will answer customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, follow up on declined services, proactively contact existing customers to set up required service or recall appointments, and track parts while scheduling for receiving.

Qualifications

• High level of customer service and strong communication.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic working knowledge of Windows Office.
• Ability to learn vendor programs/portals quickly.
• Must be 18+, valid driver’s license with excellent driving record.
• Drug testing required.
• Entry-level; no dealership experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule incoming calls for service appointments.
• Maintain the service appointment calendar and coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts/Rental Department.
• Answer customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
• Follow up on declined services; schedule follow-up appointments for services not performed.
• Proactively contact existing customers to set up required service and recall appointments.
• Follow up with customers on ordered or back-ordered parts while scheduling for receiving.
