Bowser Automotive seeks a Service Business Development Center Associate to support the Bowser Automotive Service departments. The role is part of the initial contact team for customers looking to schedule service for repairs, maintenance, and inspections.

You will handle email and phone inquiries to book appointments, perform follow-up outreach, and collaborate with the Sales BDC staff. Training, reporting, and strong customer rapport are emphasized to meet QA metrics.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 wpm+.
• Telesales experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of building rapport with customers over phone and email.

Responsabilités

• Receive inbound calls and internet inquiries to schedule service appointments.
• Place outbound follow-up calls and emails regarding service experience.
• Remind customers of upcoming inspections and routine maintenance.
• Participate in Service BDC outreach campaigns.
• Attend training to understand automotive repair and service activities.
• Collaborate with Sales BDC staff.
• Complete daily reporting and documentation as required.
• Maintain rapport and communication with service department staff.
• Answer questions about vehicle service appointments.
• Meet QA requirements and performance metrics.
• Follow Bowser policies and safety procedures.
