Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Strong organization and communication skills; ability to follow up effectively.
• Ability to manage a high volume of priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; Salesforce experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and schedule technicians for preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Guide and develop service technicians as needed and assist in issue resolution.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and manage service inventory and rental fleets.
• Maintain OSHA/EHS adherence and assist with the auditing process.
• Generate and follow up on service quotes and seek new business when possible.
• Handle parts orders, shipping/receiving, data entry, and warranty claims.
